拉曼光谱的理想选择
QE65pro是荧光、拉曼光谱测量的理想选择，尤其是模块化的拉曼光谱仪配置。对于拉曼测量，我们提供900刻线/mm的光栅（#H36），闪耀波长500nm,对于532nm及785nm激光拉曼都具有好的光谱响应。

QE65pro的核心是滨松FFT-CCD探测器，具有*的量子效率（高点90%）及极低的etalon效应。不像线阵CCD，QE65pro允许面阵CCD像素点做并归处理，可以纵向上并归一整列，作为一个像素点，这样可以较大的提高灵敏度及信噪比（>1000:1），并提高处理速度。
而且，TEC制冷（可达-15℃）使得探测器具有更低的噪声，更利于弱光检测，并且积分时间可从8ms到15分钟连续可调，光谱也不会失真变形。
