The 2026 Super Dry Desiccant Annual Meeting officially commenced on 26 January in Bali, bringing together colleagues and leaders from across regions and functions for four days of strategic dialogue, collaboration, and forward-looking alignment. As a key milestone in the company's annual calendar, the meeting serves as an important platform to reflect on progress, align on shared priorities, and set a clear and unified direction for the year ahead.

Guided by the theme “Absorb, Adapt, Accelerate” the meeting brought the Super Dry Family together in Bali to listen, learn and explore new ways to move forward with agility and purpose. Through open discussions and collaborative sessions, colleagues from across regions and functions shared experiences, deepened understanding of different markets and reflected on how these insights can guide the year ahead.
Beyond formal sessions, the gathering provided space for colleagues to connect, exchange ideas and strengthen relationships across the Super Dry Family, fostering trust, collaboration and shared commitment.
